Many of our clients do not have the mobile app, and a lot of our clients are older / not tech savvy. Currently, there is no way to easily send receipts to clients from within Gymflow - users must view invoices, save invoices, locate the file, locate the contact info for clients, and then send the invoice to clients via a third party platform (such as email)
As an operator who has clients who need receipts for book keeping, I'd like the ability to
a. send receipts to clients in the Gymflow web view and
b. send receipts automatically to clients at their request
Adding a "Send Receipt" button (in the same region of the table that displays Refund and View) that emails the client their receipt from the email connected to Gymflow in the Profile > Payments > Receipts header area would solve this problem but still require additional recurring effort by our users.
Adding a checkbox that "Send receipts automatically when available" would solve this problem on a more permanent basis.
Making this a client-adjustable toggle in the client app would be helpful to clients who need to document gym/wellness spending for tax and record keeping purposes.
