Restrict or Guide Contract Cancellations to Align with Contract Periods

At the moment, staff members are able to cancel 12-month contracts at any time. It would be great if the system could be set up so that cancellations can only occur in line with the contract period or at least suggest the appropriate cancellation date based on the contract terms.

Additionally, it would be useful if managers had the ability to override this restriction (e.g. via a code or special permission) to allow early cancellation in rare or exceptional circumstances.

This would help ensure consistency, reduce errors, and maintain alignment with the agreed contract timelines while still allowing flexibility when needed.
