Option for overdue memberships to continue or restart fresh

When a user overdue on their membership pays, it would be incredibly useful to then ping a dialogue box that asks us if we'd like the user to have the monthly billing date continue as it was or start fresh from today. For example, at our club, if a user hasn’t been in a while and their membership drops, when they come back to renew in person, their membership should just restart fresh from that day.
