Track Sales By Staff Member / Payroll based on classes & Appointments

Having a feature where we can select what staff members sold the membership would be good so can calculate how many sales they make.

Ability to add staff revenue per type of booking (e.g. Trainer Johns portion of the appointment cost should be $50 / $80 for a certain appointment. Or when creating a class you can assign amounts per trainer for their revenue share).

Staff revenue should be then visible in a specific staff report for their appointments/classes run over a certain period, making it easier for clubs to pay out trainers.
