Make it possible to see the total transaction fees for a certain period from the Revenue report

Currently, customers need to go to Settings > Payments > Payments and export a report that has the Fee column. We need to make this information easier to access. Customers would like to see the total amount of fees they have been charged over a certain period straight from Reports.
