Late Cancellation Fees

Allow users to cancel class bookings inside the clubs cancellation window to free up available slots in the classes.

• Do not give back the credit for bookings that are cancelled late

• Record them as a late cancellation in a late cancellation report

• Charge them an optional late cancellation fee which can be set by the club
