Client Onboarding In App

Objective: Increase conversion rate of sign up’s by minising the data required for a user to sign up/create an account.

Feature To Develop: Allow businesses to set required and recommend onboarding steps that the client will complete the first time they sign into the members app.

Required steps must be completed prior to booking or accessing anything, reccomended steps will be prompted for but can be skipped.

This would reduce friction at sign up but still provide a way for businesses to collect the information they need, with a greater ability to control whats forced or not.
