Appointment time slots - top of the half hour and top of the quarter hour.

Currently for appointment time slots, it can either be set dynamically (based on the members time) or set to the top of the hour. For appointments less than 1 hour, this skips the first slot.

For example a 30 min appointment, with booking possible every 15 minutes, at 11:01 the next slot shows 12:00.. then 12:15, 12:30, 12:45. Though again at 12:01 it would skip to 1:00.

Ideally this new logic would show at 11:01 the 11:15, 11:30, 11:45, 12:00 slots.

This logic could potentially just be included in the “top of the hour setting” (there may not be a need for additional settings)
