Allow members to connect the shared memberships (Couples/Families)

If selling a couples or family membership - the primary/paying member should be able to add the shared members so staff don’t have to do it.

- In membership setting to allow sharing for up to “x” number of people
- Primary member can add the other members (names/emails) and/or potentially send link
- Memberships then connected without staff involvement
