Allow customers to book more than 1 slot in classes

Allow customers to book more than 1 spot in any class. The credits would be deducted from the credit pack of the person that booked.

Only credit packs could be used and not memberships (to avoid abuse of unlimited memberships).

Great for parents booking in multiple slots for kids, or for customers booking a slot for a friend.
