Add sign-up link to login page

As a new client I want to be able to create an account from the login page, so I can login and book classes.

As a gym owner I want to be able to use 1 link for people to manage their account and not have a separate sign up and sign in link.

Currently the account button links to the page where users can login, but this is not helpful for new clients.
