Add Header Summary Rows to the Top of All Reports

When running a report, we’d like to be able to see the summary of the numbers in a top row of the report. Here’s an example of today’s check ins. Would be nice to be able to see a top level running total.

    Hey @Brian Rooney agreed that is very useful. On all our newer reports we have started adding this already (See example invoice status report below).

    As we update each report we will add these for all!
