This week at Gymflow, we're excited to announce several enhancements and updates designed to streamline your gym's operations and enrich the member experience. π
New Insights with Enhanced Reports:
Late Cancellations Report: Gain visibility into late cancellations, including the member involved, the classes they missed, applicable fees, and the financial impact on your gym. π‘
No Shows Report: Identify members who didn't attend their booked sessions, understand the frequency, and assess the impact of no-show fees on your revenue. π
Operational Enhancements:
Customisable Report Viewing: Adjust the number of entries displayed per page in all reports for a tailored viewing experience. π
Class Capacity Visibility: Members can now see real-time class occupancy levels in their app, enabling better planning and convenience. π²
Enhanced Member Profiles: Member names are now more prominently displayed within their profiles, improving navigation and ease of management. π€
Refined Access Setup: We've streamlined the process for setting up door access via the mobile app, with clearer instructions and timely reminders for a seamless experience. π
Terminology Updates:
"Events" to "Classes": To better reflect their purpose and align with upcoming features like appointment bookings, "Events" have been renamed to "Classes." ποΈββοΈ
"Session Packs" to "Credit Packs": To provide clarity on their usage, "Session Packs" are now "Credit Packs." The functionality remains unchanged. π³
Bug Fixes and Improvements:
Resolved an issue with permissions on the member app's access page. Please update the app for the latest fixes. β
No more late cancellation charges for waitlisted users. π«
The Classes Run report now correctly includes all data when downloaded. π
Accurate tracking and updating of promo code usage when used on product sales. π
Enhanced compatibility for transactions using Safari on Mac. π
Correct date format display in embedded calendars and web pages, tailored to your region. π
Disabled activities are now excluded from calendar filters for clarity. π
Membership purchases via the customer portal now properly respect the gym's open date. π
