We’re excited to announce two new features that have been requested multiple times:
🧾 1. Sales Tax Settings
Previously, you could only specify one price for a membership, credit pack, appointment, or product — and it had to be inclusive of tax.
We’ve now updated the UX/UI for creating these services and products so that you can choose whether to enter the price inclusive or exclusive of tax.
The tax rate itself is automatically pulled from the Tax section in your Club Settings. But the beauty of this update is that it's now possible to assign different tax rates to different types of items — for example, one for memberships and another for products.
Everything is calculated automatically:
If you enter the price exclusive of tax and specify the tax rate, the system calculates the price inclusive of tax — and vice versa.
🏷️ 2. Members-Only Price
We know how important it is to reward your members with special pricing for credit packs and other services, so we’ve built a feature that lets you do just that.
Previously, if you wanted to offer separate prices for members and non-members, you had to create two different credit packs (or appointments or products), which could clutter your system.
From now on, you can simply turn on the “Members price” toggle and set a separate price for users who have an active membership at your club.
Both prices will be shown in all customer-facing areas — the app, website, and customer portal — so:
Members will clearly see how much they’re saving,
and non-members will see how much cheaper the credit pack / appointment / product would be if they became members.
