New & Improved Checkout (Beta)
We’ve created a new and improved checkout to help you process sales faster in the Staff Web Portal. This includes a updated user interface Here is some of the new Improvements we have mad
This feature is still being beta tested and being refined further. If you experience any issues you can still use the old checkout from the sale page. Please let support@gymflow.io know if you experience any issues or have feedback to improve it.
Sell From Anywhere: Start a sale from anywhere in the Staff Web Portal by click the “Shop” icon in the top right of the page.
Sell Directly From User Profiles: Click the shop button on the top right of a users profile to sell something to this user immediately.
Edit Total Price: You can now edit the final price at checkout make it easy to add complimentary items or custom deals on the fly with having to setup promo codes to offer upfront discounts.
Important: This is only available to staff with the “Owner” or “Manager” roles.
Search Functionality: We’ve added search functionality so you can quickly find what you need without having to scroll forever.
Create New Items: Can’t find what you need to sell in your list? No problems, you can now creating memberships, credit packs and product on the fly without leaving the checkout flow.
We hope this will make processing sales easy for you and your teams and look forward to getting your feedback on anything we can improve.
