We’ve done a LOAD of minor improvements to improve the user experience across various areas of the staff and customer areas of the platform.

Plus we have extended the capabilities of existing features to add more functionality to make life easier.

Availability Improvements 📅

When calculating availability for appointment bookings for either staff or facilities, Gymflow now takes into account not only appointment bookings but also classes happening in the facility or hosted by the trainer.

Grant Door Access For Classes 🔑

You can now grant door access for class bookings. Access is granted via the Members App the same way as with memberships, access is granted 15 minutes before the class starts and expires when it ends.

Improved Actions Menu ✨

The action menu has been improved so you can get to quick actions faster and clearer than before and from more places.

Improved Email Composer ✉️

We’ve improve the look and feel of the email composer, as well as make it more reliable and with additional styling options added.

Other Improvements

• The members app will now block users from joining the waitlist if they dont have enough class credits to secure a space.

• Users with unlimited credits can now no longer book classes/appointments beyond their membership expiry dates and cancellation dates.

Bug Fixes

• Appointments were able to be booked in blocked time incorrectly, this has been fix.

• Users we’re unable to add profile information that was missing if they already had an active subscription, this was resolved.

• Users that weren’t assigned to trainers were still visible to trainers in the Staff App, this has been resolved.

• It was possible to double book an appointment if second appointment was booked after the first one had already started, this has been resolved.
