Accept Bookings For Spaces πŸš€πŸš€

Set up different spaces at your club and make them available for bookings via the appointment booking system, use cases could include:

  • Rent rooms to physios, massage therapists, trainers etc

  • Rent out unused space at low times to generate more revenue.

  • Offer tour or trial bookings for your club

Coming Soon: Space booking will be shortly linked to our access control solution allowing you to provide access to these spaces at the time of booking only!

Tailgate Protection πŸ”

For clients using Kisi, we are trialling disabling the in-app door unlock option after check-in.

Preventing members from using the phone's Bluetooth range to unlock the door from inside the gym.

If you would like to activate this for your club please just email support@gymflow.io or drop a message in chat.

Other Improvements ✨

  • View your Availability by week on the calendar, just filter the calendar to one staff member to view.

  • Update Contract End Dates of memberships sold from the membership tab of the user's profile.

  • Membership Status History now available on the membership page

  • The app product shop is now available for browsing before the user signs in/registers

  • All staff roles can now email the booked class list

  • Appointments now show up on the agenda sidebar

  • Appointments now show in the Staff App (creating and editing to come)

  • When you cancel a secondary member they are now automatically unlinked from the primary account.

Bug Resolved 🐜

  • Late Cancelled Classes were still showing in the app

  • Revenue from appointments not showing on revenue list reports

  • Credits given at sign-up expiring too soon

  • Appointments showing fully booked when selecting no preference

  • The Staff App wasn't adjusting to the local time zone when setting availability.

  • Some emails were being rejected as invalid on Android phones.
